General Rules - Digital Creativity

Any entry that does not comply with these rules will be automatically disqualified.

Except for the fast compos, whose theme will be announced during the party, the other productions can have been prepared in advance, which is our recommendation to make sure it can be enjoyed to the utmost.

The materials used in the contests must be free of copyright, that is, have been created in full by the participants.
If the materials be in the public domain, or be Creative Commons with possibility of derivatives, the participants must have a valid licence to be able to use them (for example, relevant licences must have been obtained in the case of commercial photographs or audio samples).

The sketches will be delivered in a compressed file (ZIP) along with a .txt file, with a brief explanation (maximum three lines) of the programs and techniques used.

Only one entry per author will be allowed.

The presentation of the works will be carried out under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs use licence, even when the author indicates a different usage licence or none at all.
The works must be original and free of royalties. In addition, they must not have participated previously in any another contest.

A jury appointed by the organisation will evaluate the works submitted based on their technique, originality and artistic quality and eventually they may possibly declare the competition void if they deem that the quality of the works is insufficient.
The jury's decision is final.

Participation in the competition implies acceptance of its rules.

Submitting the entries

Each participant will sign up and upload the entry to the Intranet and will be able to check that the entry has been uploaded correctly.
